Notes:
This week just hasn’t been going so well, not just personal finance stuff, but everything. Icky! Anyways, I normally send 50% of the amount over our Root Income to savings right away, I just haven’t done it yet.

It’s not that much this time ($7.96) since the check is barely over, so I guess I just got lazy about it. I’ll do it next week. I’m still spending way more than usual on groceries, I need to start getting back on track.

Another week of not eating out (wooo hooo) and we’re right on track for achieving that goal. :-) The iPod case I got the other day using some of my Best Buy rewards and a little cash is too small. Apparently they made another iPod touch after I bought mine and it’s a smidgen (I think that’s a word?) thinner.

I tried SO hard to get it in there but it just wasn’t happening, so I’m going to have to return it. I don’t know how that’s going to work since I mostly used rewards to purchase it—I guess we’ll see what happens. Sorry if I’m sounding a bit of a grumpy butt about stuff right now, just kinda having a bad day/week. :-( I’m sure I’ll be all smiles and sunshine again tomorrow.

How did your budget/spending go this week?
