My Fred Meyer Board Game Shopping Trip

Yesterday afternoon, I was checking my emails and found a coupon from Fred Meyer. It was an in-store printable coupon for 25% off all board games, the email mentioned that it could be used with their buy 2 board games and get 1 free coupon in-store. I grabbed my Play-Saver coupons from the 4/10 paper and was off to Fred Meyer. I was hoping to score a ton of games for gifts and donations for very little. Unfortunately, the prices were higher than I anticipated. But I still got a few. Here’s what I did:

Bought 3 U-Build Sorry Games at $9.99 each = $29.97
Used printable store coupon from my email for 25% off (2.50 off each) = $7.50
Used 3 $3/1 coupons from 4/10 Hasboro Play-Saver insert = $9.00
Used in-store B2G1 free coupon (took off $7.49)
Total: $5.98 for all 3

Bought 1 Cuponk Game at $16.99
Bought 2 U-Build Monopoly Games at $14.99 each = $29.98
Used printable store coupon from my email for 25% off (took off $11.75 total)
Used 3 $3/1 coupons from 4/10 Hasboro Play-Saver insert = $9.00
Used in-store B2G1 free coupon (took off $11.24)
Total: $14.98 for all 3

Total for all 6 games was $20.96

To make this even better, I am going to send in for 5 of the Tombstone rebates. So in the end, I will have paid $20.96 for 6 games and 5 pizzas. This is a pretty decent deal, too bad the U-Build Sorry games were the only ones priced at $9.99.
