I ♥ these free battery deals, they are just awesome. I haven’t paid for batteries in over 2 years now, they can get pretty spendy. Anyway, this deal requires no coupons and is great for non-couponers. Here’s how to do it:

1) Go to a Staples store

2) Grab the participating batteries (either 1 or 2 packs, 2 is the weekly maximum)

3) Go check out and use your Staples Rewards card when you pay (if you don’t have one, you can sign-up in the store)

4) Pay the full price of your batteries

5) Wait for Staples to give you back the purchase price in rewards to use at Staples stores or Staples.com

I usually get the batteries and when I get my rewards, use them on printer cartridges or stuff we need. Like if I need a new printer cartridge, I get the batteries first, then use the rewards for the printer cartridges. That way I am purchasing something I normally would and get free batteries too.
